Fire Assistant on Engine:
First experience as a Assistant on a fire engine. Worked as a GS 4 assisting in burn operations, wild land fire operations, type 2 hand crew experience, digging line, drip torching, radio calling, red carded, federal license, wood piling for burns, clearing roads of objects, assisting in whatever fire duty I was given. Went on 3 fires over season. Had experiences in fire assistance with forestry technician skills as well.

Forestry Technician:
Six seasons experience in Forestry Technician clearing and creating hiking trails/roads for tourist and local travelers. Experience in repairing road and trail signs. Experienced in logging daily actives and events. Practices safety with all hand tools and power tools. Certified Sawyer. Experience in giving information about district and policies to visitors. Maintains campsites and tourist attraction areas. Makes safety a priority by using all safety protection equipment. First Aid and CPR certified. Basic Radio Knowledge. Proficient in reading geographical maps. Excellent communication with supervisor, co-workers, and others. Able to drive government vehicle safely. ATV/UTV certified. Uses common sense for daily tasks. Experience in building and maintaining fences and facilities. Punctual employee. Upholds Integrity and hard work ethic. Red Card/ Fire Training certified. Final Reflection On Project

Russell Ricketts Edge 4010 Final Refection Final Reflection of Edge Project What I wanted to do for people was something different when it came to serving others, I wanted to teach people about the basic fundamentals of sword play. What made me want to teach it was that everyone else has a similar edge project of community service (not to talk bad on community service), but I wanted to give community service a different type of twist on it. I wanted to teach people a skill that deals more with an individual’s personal learning style while having fun. Swordplay is more than just swinging an object around. What Swordplay requires is discipline, skills, techniques, but above all an intelligent mind to execute sequences of movement.
